Is my original ticket still valid that I purchased LAST YEAR?

Yes as long as you did not get a refund or the tickets were refunded by the ticketing company, you're original ticket remains valid and you don't have to do anything.

What if the event is cancelled or rescheduled?

You will receive an email from the ticketing provider of the next steps, if a show is rescheduled your ticket will remain valid and simply transfer to the new date. If a show can not be rescheduled for any reason and cancelled you will receive a 100% refund.

Do you accept Companion Cards?

Yes, contact the ticketing company or venue directly.

Do I have to be vaccinated?

In most cases depending on your state government regulations YES, you must show proof of vaccination or exemption to the venue on arrival. Unfortunately, this is out of our control and we just want to bring you live events and laughs again and hope to see everyone there in the future. Check your state government rules and regulations for the latest updates.

DO I HAVE TO WEAR A MASK?

It is recommended you wear a mask at all shows. Check your state government rules and regulations for the latest updates if this is a requirement.

Can I change the name on my ticket?

You do not need to change the name on the ticket.

Can I still come if I'm under 18?

Every venue is different due to liquor license, please check the ticket link to your city to see if you can go.

15+ RECOMMENDED -

Everyone is welcome to come to a 15+ recommended but this is not a kids show, enter at your own risk... The content is the same at every show and no holding back.

If you are under 18 you are required to come with a responsible adult, this does not include your 18-year-old friend, if you show up and the venue does not let you in, you will NOT be refunded.

18+ ONLY -

This means anyone under the age of 18 can NOT go if that’s what the ticket link states, every venue will have different house rules please have ID as some venue’s will require it.

Can I get a refund?

Yes, please contact the ticketing company where you purchased your ticket directly or email ticketing@vix.com.au. You will receive a full refund of the ticket price minus booking and transaction fees depending on the ticketing service.

Can I purchase a ticket from a 3rd Party?

We highly recommend you DO NOT buy tickets from a 3rd party to avoid being scammed and only buy tickets directly from the artists or promoters website. If you have brought an invalid ticket from a 3rd party you will be refused entry.

ARRIVING AT THE VENUE?

We suggest you arrive at the venue early for any check-ins, merchandise purchases, getting a drink & finding your seat to avoid missing the start of the show. We do not allow food to be consumed at theatre-style shows.
